Autonomic Homeostasis Activation

Live Authentically by Activating your Brain to Normalize the Flight or Fight Reaction to Effectively and Holistically Manage Stress and Trauma

AHA

A ground-breaking therapy for stress and trauma

Autonomic Homeostasis Activation allows the brain to normalize the impact of previously experienced stress and trauma in a gradual and natural process. By combining an activation of homeostasis with a sensory experience of interoception the brain creates involuntary somatic activity that restores normal function.

The vast majority of clients describe feeling normal levels of stress, anxiety, depression and anger after their AHA session. This is in contrast to having their β€œflight or fight” system in the β€œconstantly on” position before AHA. They leave having a tool to manage stress when it is triggered.

AHA is used to treat a variety of conditions, from chronic trauma (preverbal), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), severe mental illness, depression, phobias, anxiety, eating disorders, fear, distress, psychosomatic diagnosis, physical/mental/sexual abuse, neglect, emotional distress, self-esteem issues, and everyday stress.
